New Research Question:
How can visual narratives be applied to promote fashion products to young Chinese people?
Through the data of taobao.com, a great majority of young Chinese consumers don’t have their own independent understandings of fashion and brand value, so that it is very difficult for local fashion designers brands to get high profits in China. Therefore, Chinese local fashion designers are in great demand of looking for the creative form of transmission to convey their design inspiration, ideas, stories and brand cultures to the targeted consumers. This project that I would like to research the visual narratives because it can directly transmit its brand value, highlight its brand concepts, tell the brand stories to customers and improve the emotional promotion to audiences and further stimulate their consumption desire effectively.
